Return Policy for Monopoly: Toronto Edition
1. Policy Scope and Application: This Return Policy applies to all purchases of Monopoly: Toronto Edition made by customers. It outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed.
2. Return Period: Customers have the right to return their purchase within 30 days from the date of the original purchase.
3. Condition of Returned Goods: To be eligible for a refund, the game must be unused, in its original unopened packaging, and in the same condition that it was received.
4. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns, refunds, and exchanges.
5. Refund Process: Upon receipt and verification of the returned item's condition, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund on returned unused items in original unopened packaging. Please allow a standard processing period for the refund to be completed.
6. Damaged or Defective Products: In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, customers are entitled to a replacement or full refund. Please contact customer service immediately to arrange for the return and refund process. Shipping costs for returning damaged or defective items will be covered by us.
7. Non-returnable Items: Opened or used games are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
